Default made new inlet piping for my f body ls1 aps turbo kit

used part of the old inlet tubing..... 2 1/2 inch pipe and a 2.5 to 3 inch
reducer boot...... couple hours later and no more chances of tubes sucking shut
also replaced by plastic blow off valve with a billet one

Looks good. Let us know how it works out. Does the Billet one vent to atmosphere or back into the intake? I assume it doesn't sound much different than the plastic one if vented into the intake pipe.

Yup....... Bought 4 foot piece of 2 1/2 inch pipe...... Cut some angles to clear the steering shaft.... Welded them.... Painted it and tossed it in... Fits great ..... No stenting the stock rubber inlets and about 30 bucks in material
