Haha these ones are staying. I have the same rims in 17x10(as opposed to the 18x10s on there now) with the 325/45/17 drag radial which is what im going to run next year. And no nothing really as of yet. The wheels are MUCH lighter than the previous and the car is almost 200lbs lighter. Not sure how much i gained back with the cage but its chromoly so its much lighter. And at the track I wont be running the passenger seat(not like its really heavy)

Haha low comp-high boost-more fun. Im still running stock heads and intake manifold. I really like the FAST 102 and new NW billet 102mm E-throttle body. (I need it) lol Im also going to finish up the suspension. I went 10.84 on OEM from the factory untouched suspension. Ive already started upgrading since then. ...its either that or im selling the car and starting over with a C6Z as a base.--that was the other option.

I have a goal is driving to the track with no tools on drag radials, letting air out of the tires, running 150mph, putting air back in the tires, and driving home. Until that happens ill keep upgrading. So far im at 138(it was 103* out) on a stock suspension, short block, intake mani..so hopefully all this stuff will squeeze out that extra 12mph.

And my luck continues...
No joke...I was transporting my car from my home garage to the "workshop" to begin tear down for the new engine. I was literally half a mile away from the garage when one of Santas smrfing reindeer decided he didn't want to deliver presents this year.
