I seen that also his numbers and mph was pathetic imho a 414 with iron heads a 6.0 bored 10 over and some other **** i found funny. And that tiny intercooler i hope it was air to water.

i wish someone had got me on vid at MIR, even though i screwed up the pass, lol-when i launched the car bit so hard it threw me back, pulled my foot off the gas, but i was able to get a 11.0 @ 122-dont know what they guessed, Ken heard the Procharger, so i made sure they all knew it had some boost to make it fair
i heard all reruns untill Feb, then the new shows-wish i had the stroker in then, but i do now
guess i'll just start tapping all the shows

Also "Turbo Spool Valve" new to me, and very intresting idea!

 

Very nice braaa.

 

It's a butterfly valve that closes off one side of a divided housing turbo. Sending all the exhaust through just one side, effectively cutting the AR in half. You only have it closed until the it spools up, then it opens. Otherwise it would choke as rpm goes up. Best of both worlds. Quick spool of a small AR and the top end charge of a large AR.

 

saw that episode last night. weak sauce. my car before the heads and cam ran a 12.2. he can only run a 12.1 with a built motor and turbo? someone needs the driver mod bad. by the way OP badass car and props to the driver for the sweet burnout

 

Loved the burnout...tires are cheap compared to the investment in the car and you don't get many opportunities to pretend your John Force flyin a Leer jet, lol.

Nice pass too.... that thing is probably a monster from a 50 mph roll.

It's a blast to drive on the street. It's pretty good from almost any speed due to spooling fast and rarely needing to shift. Highway rolls for me usually start and end in 2nd gear because I don't like going over 140mph on the street.

 

Does anyone sell this "quick spool valve" that a new one for me.
