What did you end up doing with the intercooler from the procharger and the bypass valve?

Entering the home stretch of getting this thing up and running. I was working 80 hour weeks for about the last 6 weeks and finally got some much needed time off to work on the car again.

Here are some pics from under the car of the air to air intercoolers and the piping.

A few zip ties should help lift these rubber pipes up and help keep them from scraping the ground too bad. I may have to go back to stock ride height though to really be comfortable on these Memphis streets, but I might look into getting some custom metal pipes made before I settle on that.

Some people choose to remove their front sway bar completely for added clearance for these pipes, but I jsut refuse to do that with as good as this car handles right now.

BMR tubular k-member and a-arms with rubber turbo outlet pipes snaked through

down-pipes

I love the look of these guages!

Yeah man, I was looking at your kit when you first had it up for sale. When you take it off, do you think you might be willing to do a trade + cash for my twin intercoolers for your big single? It probably won't make much difference in your sale and I would love to have that for mine.

I hate those oil catch cans so I'm going to put in a big Turbowerks scavenge pump to replace the old Weldon pump and run some -10 braided lines and eliminate those catch cans completely.

After a few dyno pulls, my damn power steering pump started leaking. They haven't been able to push it hard because of that. They are gonna try putting a new seal in the pump, hoping that that will fix it rather than having to buy a whole new one. Stupid little problems like this are why the car still isn't finished now.

Yes, I did go ahead eliminate those catch cans with the bigger pump, HOWEVER, even that big of an oil pump is having a hard time getting all the oil out of the passenger side turbo, which is mounted significantly lower. I think I'm gonna go ahead and put those catch cans back on and see if that fixes it.

Been pretty busy lately but I'm gonna put those catch tanks back on the turbos, replace the check valve to the turbos, modify the scavenge pump bracket to get it into a more efficient position, and check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. After all that, I'll see where I stand then.

I see you still have the BOV and the aluminum pipe I welded up several years ago. Nice to know I made something that worked.

Kit looks good, have fun.

Did you have any oiling issues with the kit when you last had it? Also, what size bottom end LSX were you running it on?
