I loved my 6.0 f250 (2003 1/2).... That bitch sang to me!
That turbo is sitting on a shelf..... Would need to have a second one for a gas engine though.... Omg twins that sound like that?!
Wicked..... It better perform though with all that noise!

Exhaust plays a big roll. My car with DUMPS(and open dp's)...I never heard a turbo or BOV...now...with tail pipes(note-I did add billet compressor wheels) I can now actually hear the turbos lighting off. So,..it's either the car is quieter now inside the car...orthe billet wheels make that much of a difference. I will know for sure once we get the car on the dyno to compare to older videos possibly.

The compressor housing play a big roll in the whistle, HKS made it pretty popular in the import world with the HKS T51R, now you have company's like OCD works CNC porting compressors housings to simulate it

Billet s480 T4 .96 on my junk with the gate plumbed into the exhaust, 4 inch exhaust to a hooker muffler, absolutely screams under boost. I've had passengers plug their right ear when the windows are down. Topped the set up with a procharger big red race valve.

My S475 makes a slight noise, kind of like a jet lighting off, kind of neat
I do miss my Procharger whine though, lol
