QMP C5 600TT....uh...700TT(?) Update
This time we also added some Turbo Blue 109 race gas (about a 50/50 mix with 93 pump gas). Once we were happy with the fueling, we also turned up the boost to 10lbs. The result was amazing:
613rwhp/626rwtq - With the new valve springs, HP held steady all the way to 6000 rpm's.
The only thing not stock about his engine is the valve springs, off road exhaust and Corsa cat-back (stock H-pipe). Other than that, it's stock down to the factory '97 LS1 intake and unported throttlebody. Even the clutch is stock! (for now...)
We will be doing some more tuning tomorrow, and also adding alcohol injection to the car within the next week or so. Eliminating the need for race gas.
We also took some pictures of Tim's C5 tonight. I'll try to get those added to the website within the next 24-48 hours.
Is it just me, or are these LS1's getting easier to make HP with???
