actually the eb2 runs the wastegate still.

contrary to the thread title, i prefer full boost, full time!

So intimidator could you explain in more detail how to exactly set up for boost by gear on an auto like my 4l80 computer controlled type or are you just talking about six speed manuals like your z06.Maybe with diagrams.

And MightyMouse you run no ramping at all on the street or track? Do you use the big stuff three traction control options?? Do you run torque reduction in the trans code.
Can't possibly see how you can hook up things on even et street radials that great without some of the above stuff.

A typical car does not need a great boost control for traction on the track. When you get into really fast cars or traction/tire limited cars then you need everything you can get. Street driving is a perfect place for boost per gear, but even then temps can play a big role in traction.
