Overtime the stock mounts may tend to melt. I had a set of solids in the garage so i thru them in.

Thanks for the help i will have to try some OBX clamps.

^this. Id hate to get it all done then a couple months later not have a motor mount left on 1 side, then have to tear the hot piping out and drop the k member just to replace them with solids anyway.

Thanks for the info. ive put about 5000 miles on already, this is my dd, no problem with the mount i was just checking it out. The header wrap seems to keep the heat in so I dont think it will be a problem. Those obx clamps only work on the thicker flanges, it took 3 different brand clamps to get my system on. No problems with it since the install, good luck with yours makes sick power considering everything else is stock.
