How flexible is a tial wastegate as far as boost levels?

Like I said, you need to run some small amount of boost. The car with no wastegates isnt the brightest idea. You can certainly try it, I would definitely not recommend it.
2-3 psi is what its going to take to get back to NA numbers. Do it, and try it, thats all you can do!
2 gates positioned well, and all will be fine!
