i have picked up several deals for pennies on the dollar and been able to make 2-4x my money back later on down the line when i decided to go a different route.
i have all three but what i lack is garage space. i currently own 5 cars and one truck. i'm fresh out of room......and friends who are willing to lend their space as well.
