Do i need to retune???????????????

Launching!
Even the smallest changes can throw off a tune. If you're not interested in numbers give your tuner a call and see if they'll street tune it. Street tunes usually run about half the price of dyno tuning around here.

Absolutely!
I mean, It really depends on who tuned your car and "how" they did it. If they tuned through the MAF you could be ok. If the MAF transfer function stays the same, A/F is good, then the meter should compensate.
At the bare minimum, you need to get it back on the dyno or data log with HP Tuners and a good wideband for verification.
But if it were my boosted car with a stock engine, I would NOT risk it.

That's always a double edged question, it all depends on what kind of data you can collect. For example like stated above if you can datalog and have a wideband you might be good depending on what your readings are.
This is a perfect scenerio where having a good relationship with your tuner comes in handy. The tuner could probably hook up his laptop go for a quick spin and away you'd go.
