Good info here as usual, thanks guys. I don't really have a HP goal, just looking for something cheap enough to get a turbo setup started. I have a used LT1 block and bought a used set of heads for cheap. I remember a fellow that had a Cummins on his 5.0. I believe he was easily in the 10s with little effort. I will start hunting the interwebs immediately...

now my gears are turning, i been wondering about the holset turbos as well.
Just to clarigy, we are thinking that the Hx35 would make a pretty decent twin build? i may have to take a trip to the local salvage yard this weekend and see what they have
