Default Help with crank pinning question.

I currently have an ATI D1SC Procharger system and I am upgrading from a stock harmonic balancer to an ATI Super Damper. The problem is... when I first installed the Procharger kit with the stock harmonic balancer, I used the Procharger crank pinning kit. This pinning kit is installed with the balancer on the car and drilled horizontally making a half moon shape in the crank and stock balancer. How do I go about installing everything this time, considering I already have the half moon key way drilled out on the crank but the square key way in the ATI Super Damper? I was told to just to go ahead and install the pin. Also, where can I buy extra dowels for the Procharger pinning kit?

Thanks for the help!

Well if you are going to use the horizontally installed pins you could try and install the balancer and reinstall the drill fixture to try and install them in the existing slots, but that is going to be tough I think maybe I'm wrong. If you are going to use the ATI pin kit then I would just clock it 90 degrees from the current slots and drill and install the 3/16's hardened pins, and by the way you can pick the pins up in both sizes for either pin kit up from most tool or faster supply co. such as Fastenal etc.... I know for a fact though the horizontal pin kit will not fit inside an ATI balancer with out grinding it down to fit inside the hub so if you decide to try and install this type in your existing groves or even do another set be prepared to grind the fixture down a little or my prefered method of taking them to a machine shop to have them milled a small amount. GL! Hope I helped a little.
