Cutouts and 02 sensor placement

Cutouts and 02 sensor placement I gotta couple quick questions. I'm building a twin turbo car that we are shooting for 900 hp from and we were going to merge the two 3 inch downpipes into a 3 inch magnaflow cat back. Will there be any big advantage to run dual cutouts before the merge pipe?
On the front 02 sensors there won't be any downfall of running them in the down pipes will there?
