Has anyone here used a e boost controller with a wastgate on a supercharger. I want to do it but don't know if it will work . Anyone know if it will work , and how would u hook it up?

It has been done, infact there are a couple here that have done it. they will chime in shortly. be patient grass hopper, lol. j/k, always wanted to say that. But yes, people have done it, and there will be an argument as to why you shouldnt do it. There is also a really long thread on here probably a couple pages back about this same topic.
