Default MPT70's on a 5.3?

I swear there was a thread I caught wind of on here but search isn't giving back much info. Has this been done? What were the results?

1badls1 has a 5.3 and a MP t70, seems to be very happy with it.

O I've been follwing his thread. I miss titled the thread, I meant Twin MPT70's on a 5.3l

i've seen it done, i believe over on theturboforums.com there is a guy with 5.3 and twin .68 T70s and he is very happy with it

You could make them spool, Some T3, .68 a/r housing should do it. MP also makes some T60's and T64's A couple of bucks cheaper.

Even twin .70 AR t4s should spool just fine. Maybe a little late but you can make 1200whp on em, I wouldn't expect them to spool terribly quickly to make that sort of power!

thats what high converters and 2 steps are for anyways

Stock bottom end 6.0, he's on here as well, I didnt realize he made 8xx to the wheels

lol,you forgot divided exhaust housings&quick spool valves and T56's with good cluthces

i think i want to.... with a t56 and 4.11 gears... i would mind lag then id imagine. maybe some of the resident turbo experts can chime in, and befor its asked, yes i plan to go bigger displacement in the future
