As you can see we took the inner fenders off to make room for the turbo, intercooler, and down pipe. And you can see where we cut a little bit of inner trim off. This was to fit the intercooler there. The snow here in VA has really been slowing progress so the turbo and intercooler are not mounted yet. But we know where they need to go. I do have pictures of the turbo positioned with jack stands the way it needs to sit. I'm just waiting on my buddy to make the brackets for them.
The last pics are of the B&M engine and tranny coolers that we mountes to replace the stock units. And an engine bay shot where I started trying to run the heater lines.
Anyone new to my build..... feel free to chime in. Complaints, comments, concerns are all welcome. I'm always open to criticism. Thanks guys.

Just got my muffler in. It's a 4" inlet/outlet Dynomax bullet race muffler. It came off a chevrolet 10.5 nitrous car. The previous owner had it ceramic coated which is awesome in my opinion since most of them are aluminized.
My plans for the exhaust are:
5" to 4" down pipe until it gets underneath the car. From there the muffler will be bolted on with V-Bands and directly after the muffler I have a custom Y-Pipe with a 4" inlet and dual 3.5" outlets. 3.5" exhaust will run back to the axle where they will step down to 3" over axle pipes from Clear Image Automotive and 3" pipes will continue to the rear bumper. I'm not sure what it will sound like and I don't know if it will flow well enough for 700+rwhp but I like the layout. Let me know what you guys think about this. Thanks.
The included pics are of the 5" to 4" reducer. The custom Y-Pipe and the new muffler.

Looks great, by the pic of the turbo it seems to be tilted downward and not level is this true? If so how is that going to affect the way your gravity feed oil return works?
Just a thought.

Thanks for that info. there is still enough room for me to raise the turbo and level it out. So this is what I am going to lean towards doing. By raising it, the down pipe can still clear the passenger side tire under full turning radius and the turbo wouldn't have the oil restriction. Thanks for the input.

Dude quit cleaning your camera lense with buttered toast.....go to walmart and spring for a $75 digital camera.... :-)
Glad to see it's coming together. My 9c1 is still waiting on my available time. I got the laser cut motor mounts done but had to stop work on it due to this project:
