Just wondering if anyone has a dyno graph for a 383 ls1 with a d procharger i would like to compare to a 347 ci with d1 thanks.

402/408 is usually pretty good. I'm in the middle of building a 370.

I have seen post with people with 383s over spinning the d1 would a 402 really be put to good use with a d1.

MikeP2002 has a D1 prochagred vett with an AFR headed 383 and he is overspinning his D1 by about 1000-1500 rpm and made 770rwhp with the tires still screaming on the dyno. He also as issues trying to keep that much power on planted at the track.

Here is a video from before the AFR heads when it had ported 241 also this was before over spinning the blower

I believe the D1 was designed for a 346. They seem to be very efficient on a 370 also. I think a 402/8 is enough cubes to invest in a F1.
