Here you go. You will have to do a little cutting, but it can be done. I have this one finally running good. I just need to do some cosmetic work. It still has the 98 computer and I am planning on swapping that out soon.

It all fits under my SS Hood.

Nice but I drive daily and need wipers. how much taller is it than the mp112? If I recall u said u don't have spacers? Would they enable you to keep the wipers?

Unfortunately I don't believe you will be able to use the TVS2300 or any of the bigger roots type blowers on an F-Body without deleting the wipers, even with spacers. I am not sure on the blower hight, but you can get a blueprint with the dimensions from the magnuson web site.

I don't drive mine everyday, but I do drive it a good bit. I can get by with rain-x, but I realize for most it would not be practical or legal.

The best bet is a front mounted supercharger, if you are wanting to make big power. Those allow you to keep all the factory options. The other option is to buy a different type car.

I may check into some type of custom wiper option later on, but I am not sure about that. Until they make me take it off the road I will probably leave it as it is!

Nice job Deeavi, glad someone did it. Yea the TVS2300 is a beast. I cannot imagine what its like in a lighter car. Especially compaired to my TBSS. What pulley are you running on that at what boost level?

A little? Any idea what the finished height is? I assume there was some K-member shimming involved?

I have 3.2" pully on it right now. That is what comes on the GTO kit. I don't have a boost guage on it yet, but with my heads and cam, it is probaly only running about 3 to 4 lbs of boost. This motor was designed for N/A. It has close to 11 to 1 compression, so I won't be pushing it too far. This motor is going in my son's car. We are building an aluminum block 434 for the Z28 that will be built for boost. I have an 8 rib pulley setup that is going on the new motor. We will be shooting for around 12 lbs of boost. We plan on working on that in he next few months, hopefully.

The car sure is fun to drive now though!

Yes, but you won't have windsheild wipers anymore and will have to cut the cowl pretty extensively.

Actuall my signature is a little off. The maf is just there as a pass-thru, because the tune is an Speed Density.

I checked out Magnuson's website and it shows the TVS2300 to be only .2 tenths of an inch taller than the MP112.

However the 2300 does appear to be about an inch longer and maybe a little wider.

Nevertheless, I still think the 2300 might be doable with K member spacers, and a little more cowl cutting but still able to keep the wipers.

Not trying to argue Deevai, I'm just one of those determined bastards that would really love to pull this off and put down around 800 horses!

Great build btw. I still want to see the finished product when you get it all straightened out.

Edit: I forgot to mention, the one thing their website does not include is the difference in intercooler height. That may be another hurdle. I'll do some more digging...

It is a lot of fun to drive. I have not had it on the dyno. My tuner likes to tune on the road under real world conditions. We have a fairly safe tune in for now, as this motor is not the motor that I am going to stay with. It was built for N/A and is going to go in my son's car. I setup the maggie on it to get all the fitment details worked out. We are going to put the other motor in this winter. The new motor will have lower compression, a little smaller camshaft, and be built especially for boost. Once we get that one tuned we will probably put it on the dyno to see what it will do.

I already have most of the parts. My problem is finding the time to work on it. Have a lot going on.

Actually if you look at my signature. My current motor is an LSX block. The new one will be an aluminum ERL Block. The GTO kit works, but good luck with the wipers. I don't believe it will work. I did not even try, cause I had already took the wipers off to try a carb setup.

Good luck
