That's with a lock up converter it was 2800 to go 55 mph. An I'm not wanting to do 3k plus. I used to cruise at 70 - 75 with the 6 speed. fml

i noticed the biggest MPG drop when i dropped my compression from 10.5 to 9:1
turbo really didnt do anything.
next was switching gear ratios.

So you saw better mileage raising compression, I thought I did as well.
