I use the basic couplers from vibrant performance. Need the style with the interlock inner liner (not the mesh inner liner). I've used this in the past with no issues. I put on on both sides on my setup, but thats probably overkill

^ Ew...

That's a nice setup. I like the intercooler mount although it looks a little heavy compared to how most people mount them. There's nothing wrong with a little overkill.

THANKS FIREBALL! i called josh up yesterday afternoon and he said with a solid frame mounted turbo and solid motor mounts i will not need to add a flex joint.... he said he has done it numerous times without breakage as long as the weight from the turbo is 100% supported from the frame... should have more pics up tonight of the intercooler installed with piping and the rear end all mocked up

still not a bad idea...makes installing crossover easy and it gives it some room to move when it thermally expands.

I saw that your venting the wastegate to atmosphere, I read an article that sometimes the turbo will suck in the wastgate gases when vented into atmosphere threw the filter. When this happens your blowing back exhaust fumes into your intake, robing Horse Power. They did a test with one vented to atmosphere and one routed back to the main exhaust pipe. They had a power loss of 60hp when vented and a 100hp gain when routed to the exhaust down pipe. I personally don't know if its true but its worth looking into seeing as how your reaching for 1000hp. Every little trick helps. Nice Build!!

Build looks awesome. I put my return in the bottom of the front cover, to one side just enough to clear the crank pulley. For the catch can, I ran 8an from the front of each valve cover to the catch can.
