No, the belt slip he is referring to is the physical belt slipping, the crank pin kit eliminates the pulley from "slipping."

mine is a complete innercooled kit, it came with injectors, but ill be getting some 60#. how much do fuel pumps run? mine is in the tank too, its a 2002 gas tank.

i think the kit I have is pretty much like this.

i thought iwas the only one planning to use this cam in a build. but with turbo. 130-150$ for a new ls9 cam is a smoking deal imo

No pics as of yet. the car is in a shop getting the motor built and installed. I'm waiting to get the firebird back after some issues with the motor. I ran out of injector at 470. I put in some bigger injectors and some other items, hoping to hit 600rwhp on the ls9 cam. I paid 120 from my dealer for the cam and they are 90 on gmpartsdirect. Here's the Elky

You ran out of injector at 470rwhp on 42# injectors? I was running almost 530rwhp on my stroker on a stock fuel pump and 42# injectors and was only at 80% duty cycle.

my 42's are rated at 550 forced induction and I made 470 100% duty cycle, single Walbro gs340. Everyone says get the 60's to have room to grow. Boost is addictive

I would definately recommend 60# injectors for anyone over 500rwhp. With this new setup, I'm hoping to blow my old 530rwhp out of the water. Plus I'm going to be going to a stroker motor in the next year, so I'm gonna need the 60# injectors.

Not that cheap if you need to get ls1 cover and extension harness? So the cam has no reluctor at back for cam sensor? Thats why you need the other stuff?

You just need a ls2 timing chain and gear set, Ls2 front cover. I just extended the cam sensor wires to the front.

I've had the cam in my car for almost 2 weeks now and it drives and idles just like stock. I love it. If I see a good gain and make good power with it, I might even keep it when I go to a 408 stroker next year.
