I'm going to ask a real simple question. What about your fuel filter?

Wouldnt that cause a drop in fuel pressure at the rail?

It's not fuel related, the logs I have seen show total max trimming at less than 10%.

Fuel related isnt possible at all? Even injectors flowing at different rates?

I guess that just leaves spark and air. The only thing left on the spark side is coils, which Ill bring out tomorrow for sure. And with air theres no vac leaks on the manifold, the MAF has been replaced. I dunno man, Im running out of possibilities here.

That I haven't checked. I would think I would be pushing a lot less than 62psi at the rail if it were clogged, though.

They all look identical. Like they've barely fired.

Seems odd that all the coils would go at once, though. I mean, I'm misfiring on 5 cylinders...not like its just one...

Definitely. I have the wideband hooked up now, and until it gets up to operating temperature, it's off the scale lean. At operating temp, its at about 15.5. If I give it gas, it goes way off the scale lean again, and eventually richens up some, but not much.

Kyle, we can change the injectors and the coils, but I honestly don't think that's going to make a difference. I mean, the injectors are definitely 60lb'ers, and they were brand new. And the coils...I just don't see it. I just can't see half my coils going out at one time. If it were all on the same bank, then I'd think grounds or something along those lines, but since they're all over....I just don't know.

Maybe just bring your HPT and we could do some logs? Steve wanted to see something a little longer, and also a log with the O2s unhooked. I just hate for you to pull your injectors and coils for nothing...

I think it would be odd for your coils or injectors to go on 5 cylinders too but I cant think of much else. I got air tools so pulling coils and injectors isnt a big deal. Have you changed out the gaskets for the intake manifold at all? Thats a long shot too though since it wasnt pulled until after the issue started.

Just have Frost give you exact instructions and anything else he wants us to use. Has he sent you config files? I have some configs but Id like to make sure Im logging exactly what he wants. You have an AEM wideband right? That makes it easy since its already in HP Tuners and I dont have to configure anything. lol

Also does he have any issues with me using the new HP Tuners beta? Thats what Ive been using but I have no issue installing the other version.

This is going to be a total shot in the dark. The exhaust leak. If it was before the O2 sensor/s. Could this effect the sensor/s to react into a lean condition?

I have two sets of extra coils if needed so Kyle won't need to take his off.

Gonna sound weird but we can use baby powder to find the exhaust leak. It will be hard for us to tell by touch or visually but powder will help pinpoint it.

I dont think there's a big exhaust leak, but we can check. I have an AEM wideband so we're good there. Let's just check into a few things and do the logs, then go from there.

I'll be at my house by 5:00...maybe a little earlier if I can skate out early.
