Default i have two turbo cams, which do i run?

my setup consist of:

stock lq4
stock 317's
circle D 3200
342's
front mount s475 1.10 a/r
5' merged to 4' downpipe
10-15psi

now i have these two cams, one is from a member on here and the specs are

228/222 .581/.588 115lsa

the next cam i bought from a local member which is an Hke custom cam for a front mount 5.3.

227/222 .614/.610 115+3 lsa

which do you think will work better for my lq4 motor as far as performance wise. i know the custom hke cam works very well since it put down 520rwhp in a stock 5.3 on 9psi but will the results be the same for a 6.0 being that it has more cubes?

another question is what exactly is +3 degrees advance? what does that do to the cam? what are the differences of a 115lsa and a 115 +lsa performance wise?
