I don't have my good camera at the shop but here is a update.

 

I have been thinking about doing this to my truck. same motor just transplanted into a 89 single cab. What kind of numbers are you expecting and how much boost? I would really like to know what these motors can handle. My guess would be about 7-8psi and probably 10-12psi on meth but correct me if im wrong. what info can u give me on it.

 

I don't plan to lean on this one much since its the shop truck but we all know how that turns out. Stock power is probably around 260whp and on low boost we will see mid 400's. I just want some low end tq for pulling a trailor and getting to work quickly if I'm running late. I have a 66mm and a 76mm turbo to play with.

 

A few updated pics. This is the kit off of the truck. There are only a few things left to finish up, and she will be ready to go.

Me and the bandsaw had a fight, and the bandsaw beat me up and sent me to the ER, so progress may slow down a bit.

Power #'s will have to wait. A customer in UAE saw this kit and it will be heading over seas. I was planning to test this kit with a 62 and 66mm but now she is getting a 76.
