They quoted me something like 4400-4500 shipped for a fully forged 408. However their customer service and the person I was dealing with was the reason I chose not to go with HKE.
I have an engine(408ci) being built by AES currently and can say in regards to response time and willingness to sit on the phone and answer all questions I had, AES won that battle by a long shot.
