Last time I locked the converter on the dyno I had to have the 3-4 bands replaced. I've been wary of doing that ever since.

My initial dyno #s are in my sig. Max power at 14 psi at 6k rpms & 20* timing, max boost was 16psi at 7k but the hp was down ~100. Now that I've installed Pat Gold Ext springs & a 4" cutout I want to go try it again. The car is out of the paint shop now so SOON!

specs - 408, 9.2:1 cr, F1-C, Callies Dragon Slayer crank, Mahle -8cc coated pistons, Callies H beam rods, EPP Stage 3 cam, Morrel lifters, stage 3 317 heads w 2.05 int & 1.6 exh, .051 Cometics, ported Vic Jr, Edlebrock rails, 85 lb injs, ported 78 mm TB, EPP FMIC, Nasty Stage 3 fuel system, Alky Control meth, SDCE bracket, 8 rib ATI 7.25 crank & 3.7 blower pullies, 4L60 with the works, Yank PYE3400, Moser M9, Speed Secrets 2 Bar SD tune

Even with my 335 Hoosier DRs on I had to roll into the throttle (NO traction). And removing my air cleaner picked up 35hp, I want to try removing my custom air hat next time.

that looks like a fellow cadillac cts-v member, Bob Johnson.

Bob now BruteSpeed, knows his procharger stuff!

the F-1A / C have different volute diameters and CFM ratings, larger Inlet diameter and a larger inducer... i would conclude the impellers are different as well.
