What boost are you making? Depending on the amount of boost and the timing your running Wons are the weak link if going for more.OT AFR should be mid to low 11's. A stock 346 can make 500 plus force fed if the tune is spot on w/out much worry but the stock rod bolts & pist

We all thought we where in 3rd gear when it was tuned but the shifter ended up being off a little and we where in 2nd gear. I would not have run the car if the afr was that high!!! I just hope i got lucky and blew a gasket and not something else!

PSI= ~8lbs on the gauge
Timing= I'm Sorry i don't remember the exact number, i know it wasn't crazy, tried to keep it safe.
Octane= 93 pump gas
AFR= ~11.0 WOT according to my wideband gauge
HP= 595
Turbo or SC= Procharger D1
Stock Head Gasket= Yes, GM MLS
Head Studs or Bolts= Bolts (not even ARP)
I had the tuner keep it rich and used 317 heads to drop compression a bit, trying to be "safe"
I used the EPP cam, so I used the Patriot Gold dual valvesprings (.650 lift) in the heads.
Heads are untouched other than the spring kit.
Stock bottom end has held up so far, i also don't beat the crap out of the car, and i have only been to the track a few times.
FWIW...

Current setup in my rx7, L33 5.3...
PSI=18
Timing=14
Octane=e85
AFR=11.5
HP=686 (thru the auto)
Turbo or SC=? TC78 turbo
Stock Head Gasket=? ls9 gaskets
Head Studs or Bolts= head studs
Also had this combo before in my car and maxxmitchell's car, LM7 5.3...
PSI=11
Timing=20
Octane=e85
AFR=11.5
HP=560rwhp range through an auto at 11lbs
Turbo or SC=? TC78 turbo
Stock Head Gasket=? stock
Head Studs or Bolts= stock
When it was in maxx's car he ran 14.5lbs and 26 degrees timing, never pushed coolant on him. It finally pushed coolant on me at 13lbs and 20 degrees timing, but I think it was due to a tune change and missed something, got lean on us. Motor is still together and is my spare motor, after it pushed coolant I drove it another 1000 miles.
