stock block hp limit???

stock block hp limit??? i have a 6.0 ls2 out of a g8 and a F1R procharger that would look really great hooked to it in my 81 Z28 camaro. looking to purchase a stroker kit, but was wondering what the hp limit is for a stock alum block? and if upgrading the stock head bolts to 1/2" studs would help keep the heads from lifting or would "fire rings" be better for this application. pullies are set up for a round 20psi and using lq9 heads. any info would be a great help. thanks

there is a guy on this forum that took an ls2 to 1700hp before it blew up, but the block was filled
1/2 inch studs would defiantly help, but i do not know if there is enough meat on the sleeves in the ls2 to machine it to use fire rings
also, an aftermarket cylinder head with a thicker deck will also help. AFR cylinder heads have a 3/4 deck

VA Speed sells LS2 based short blocks rated at 1000+. You probably need to consider doweling mains at some point as you get high in power in addition to studs. If you add
Darton sleeves, power limit will go up a bunch, likely far above what the F1R can produce.
The LQ9 heads are probably more limiting than the LS2 block.
