How much is the aster bracket going for?

You could also use -50 washer fluid. Just saying.

I've never had any belt problems with my SDCE tensioner on my D1.

As for intercoolers, have you considered running the ATI twins?

Are you talking about the ones that procharger supplies?

When I called procharger, they said I should be fine if I chose to run those, but sounded like the front mount IC would be the better choice. I need to find out more before I make a real decision on that however. If there are substantial gains to going with the FMIC, then sure, I will do it, but if not, the twins seem to be the easier route, no?

I'm surprised you are against meth injection. A progressive kit w/ 1gal resovoir will last you a while unless you have an extremely heavy right foot. You will keep your intake temps much lower and you can add so much more timing since its pretty much like having 110 octane in the tank. Keep in mind that you might only be one bad tank of gas away from detonation also, which meth will save you from.

Honestly, I was only against it out of ignorance. I didn't know much about it, until recently. Now I think that story is somewhat changed, and I would definitely consider running it. That said, how could you NOT have a heavy right foot with an F1A

Somewhat related, and brought up in another thread here in the FI section, about overheating etc. This is an Arizona car, and I have had instances where cam only, as I am right now, my temps have gone over the 230-240 range and I have had to shut down (God damn you Sonic drive-in).

Would meth injection help at all as far as heat issues? It lowers intake temperature, sure, but does it help in any capacity at all for lowering operating temperature of the engine and supercharger? Noob question, I know, but I will only learn if I ask.
