point taken. its not necessarily a limit, but i can safely run 700rwtq and not be giving up too much potential. on a 347 i feel like id be getting into the upper 600s and lower 700s mostly on the turbos alone, were on a 427 id be leaving some considerable power on the table at only 700rwtq

what a/r would you recommend for twin 62's? i was thinking something in .52 to .68 range for the 60's, probably on the lower end to help keep the lag down?

Have shawn build your shortblock to go along with your cam. The littlebit extra you pay for his motor pays off this this type of knowledge.
