Ice in the meth or the air to water? Ice in your meth will change the mixture as it melts.

Jets/nozzles are pretty cheap. If you don't have a controller or way to up the flow then grab the next couple of sizes and give it a try.
You are running 50/50 and it doesn't look like meth is a massive amount of your fueling so it won't throw things off too bad to step up a couple. Still would recommend rechecking on a wideband.

How are you making boost? If you are maxing out your hair dryer that could be the issue when you turn up the boost.

I still say step up your smaller nozzle a size or two and see what happens.

Ambient up to around ambient + 20ish degrees is nice, but not a guarantee. Honestly your 170 would make some supercharged cars jealous lol. Instead of shooting for a number, shoot for less than it currently is without causing bogging or screwing with the tune too much

I use two stage. I have it come in around 12 psi and started with the recommended mixture which was a m14 so I used two m7s. I changed to 10 and 7 and hit ~ambient plus 10 degrees.

I think the recommended mixture is a good starting pioint and as mentioned should be used as a guide. I use -20 degree winddhield and then add a bottle of heet mixture seems good for me. The mixture can be debated forever many love 100% meth others 100% water both have their advantages mine is just flamable and seems a reasonable tradeoff for my setup

Good luck
