KY-Turbo Inc. TC78 A/C Turbo Setup. Basic run down:
1 3/4 Stainless Headers
3" Stainless Charge Pipe
3" Stainless Down Pipe
TC78 Turbo
JGS 40mm WG
3" Aluminum Cold side Pipe
JGS 60mm BOV
31x12x3" FMIC
5ply Silicone Couplers
Stainless T-Bolt Clamps
Oil Feed and Drain lines
PS Bracket for header clearance
$5800.00 plus shipping.
Forget the mail order business. These are one off setups. Future setups will be similar but different. You learn things along the way.
All accessories stay put. No full on relocations involved. Get ready for a SMJ ABS delete kit or be ready to move the ABS block. You gave an option on the cooling too. Either stand the radiator up in the core support or run pusher fans. Your call. This setup will work with your factory K-member.
I can do the same style setup with T6 Turbo’s also. They require a BMT turbo K-member for DP clearance. I will get some pics of that setup as soon a Jose @ FI get my GT91's to me that I have been waiting on. That’s another thread though...

Wow very nice. Great price from a great company thats has stood the test of time and been around awhile!!
BTW nice mock up setup, sure does take up alot less real estate than a whole car for sure!!

I had much rather do a Vertical radiator and keep the stock puller fans.
For the guys that don not want to cut on the core support there are radiator options that will fit with no cutting and still have room for a small puller in tandem with twin pushers.
When it comes to cooling there are a million options. So many that I leave that to the car owner unless the build is being done in house.

josh, this is Lionel from Nashville.
Is this for a stockish ls1? or would the 76mm be better for a stock ls1? How much would you charge to build and install in house? I'd rather not have to deal with relocating my fuse boxes and abs block myself lol. It'd look real stupid by the time I get done with it.

Josh is a true professional and one of the few that have stood the test of time in the turbo kit game. I like his business model and have become friends with him through the build(or shall I say me constantly changing my mind with the direction of my build lol) and he has always been there to discuss things with me at length. Thats simply hard/impossible to find these days.

I have been running his c6/truck manifold kit for about 7k now all harsh city driving and trips to the track. This kit has really stood the test of time. Aside for having to stand the rad up and make my own fan cooling system the kit works awesome. 620whp to the tire on a mustang dyno,auto car with a 9inch. Blast to drive never had any issues at all. Great kit, smile on my face every time i drive it.

Thanks guys. I have been lucky to have some kick *** customers whom I consider personal friends.
As I said before. Slowly But Surely I am getting away from the mail order cookie cutter business side of things, and into the more one off stuff. I have been slammed at the shop for nearly 2 years straight with one build after another. I enjoy what I do, and that what keeps it fun.
These builds are time consuming. Being a one man show at the shop makes time lines on builds legnthy. I try like hell to make the wait worth it. Very seldom does any one have issues with that once they get thier setups.
I will be working my way into a full time job away from the shop to make sure the Wife and Little boy have insurance and steady $$$ coming in. The shop will at that point cater to the one off crowd. Most builds do not require having your car at the shop. That is cover by the Front clip I have at the shop. No point in you having your car down while I build your Turbo setup.
