Its almost hard to imagine it making that big of a difference if both the downpipes followed the same path as in the picture. But as far a 5" mufflers go, check out burns stainless, they have them in a variety of sizes but are a little pricey, not to mention you might have to put it in the engine bay as the outer casing is 6", not the greatest for ground clearance.

thx am still going to redo my headers thxs for all the help and the 4" is in the pic gos back the 5" gos straight down ill try to get a pic up a lil later I meet try to do 5" to 2 3.5 so it won't be to loud on the street
