Default how much boost with Ttrim

Any vortech guys give me an idea how much boost I would be running with a 275 pulley? I,ve got dart heads, fast intake and throttlebody, long tubes and a small cam. Stock cubes. Thanks

I guess I better be looking for a new pulley. Any idea what size I would need for 10 or 11?

For stock cubes I would do the 2.95 if you spin it to ~6500 or the 3.12 if you spin it to ~7000. Ballpark stuff.

I had a 2.75 pulley with my now very old YSI setup and I saw 21.5 psi with stock cubes.

T-Trim is rated for 900 hp I think, I have forgotten but it's on Vortech's website.

The stock G-Trim kit runs a 3.12 pulley with the aftercooler so I'd probably stay around there to baseline or try a 2.95. If you look around you can find Vortech parts.

Brian aka Sunset01TA or something like that has a T-Trim but it's a built combo maybe he'll see the thread and chime in.

Thanks you guys, I was thinking 2.95 it,s just hard to tell going from g to t trim. I,ve still got the stock bottom end and don,t want to end the summer early.

So you were running a 3.12 then if you have an aftercooler? Those make 10-12 psi? I'd look for that 2.95 or 2.85, but I wouldn't mess with a 2.75 unless you plan to run race gas.

I was running a 2.75 and only getting about 7lbs on the gtrim so I was hoping a 2.95 would put me at around 10 with the t trim

7 psi with the G-Trim, that sounds low no?

When I was buying pulleys, they weren't too pricey.

I though it was low. I changed to a 2.50 reichart racing pulley and was getting 9, I thought it might because of the intake and heads. I don,t think the belt was slipping at leastit did,nt look like a lot of belt dust.

My new setup will use the same blower, pulley size, engine size, but I was guessing it will see 10-12-14lbs of boost. Of course there are many other variables that determine the exact boost# you will see. Fwiw, my G-Trim with a 2.65" pulley makes just over 7lbs.
