stockbottom end iron block?

stockbottom end iron block? curious to know the strength of a 5.3 iron block stock bottom end! i'm sure it's not the block some of you were having issueswith but am curious to know if anyone had been iron block in any of the listings for the stock block horsepower ratings? i have i stock short block out of an 03 silverado work truck. motor has about 130k on it. engine lost oil pressure but owner was bad for oil changes.took off a main and rod bearing and surprisingly no obvious damage! thought about a fresh rebuild with new bearings and rings. just wondering what kind of power i could be lookin at for stock iron block? any advice would help good or bad thanks!
