Put it on the radiator and the CFM falls way off because

The Spal fans have there CFM ratings with vs static pressure.
Okay... I wanna say thanks to everyone for posting replies to my issue... It looks like this problem is resolved... I told my friend/mechanic about the SPAL fan... so I went and got a 16" SPAL. He tried to install it with front end as is.... no such luck... he rearranged the whole front end... intercooler, condenser, radiator, etc...

Result? He had the car running for about an hour with a/c on and it didn't overheat at all!

Hood latch had to go... Just ordered quick latch hood pins from www.hoodpins.com.
