After watching the trans am build, which turned into a monster, this thing will be a blast to watch as well! Brand new cars are always much more appreciated to work on, saves so much time not having to fight stripped out bolts, drilling off rusted bolts or re-tap threads, etc. Keep up the progress, looking good! You guys have wheels/tires picked out yet? Something with some meat to handle all that power I hope!
Thanks for sharing the build info with us.

side note to Eric: if he wants to start working on knocking down all those nasty taxes he will have to pay (making so much $$$), Ill take that Ls3/tr6060 off your hands as a donation he could write off then in return.. Just throwin it out there as I have dreams of putting that combo in my 95' camaro every night.

Subscribing... Great work guys. Eric probably needs to keep this build from his agent. I'm sure he's going to enjoy the hell out of it! Any details on the fuel system? Two pumps or three? In tank? What size lines? That tank is an unusual shape, does it have any difficulty picking up from one side?

The 427 going in...

In place...

Crawford getting the suspension started...

Stock front sway bar removed...

Clearancing the frame rails for the 4L80E transmission...

Rossler Terminator-IV 4L80E...

Crawford getting ready to fit the 4L80E transmission to fabricate the crossmember...

(no, that's not the engine's ora, it's one of the spotlights from above, haha)

This picture came out really strange looking, worth sharing, haha...

The car, as it sits now...

Play-by-play of Crawford putting the transmission up...

The fitment is perfect, obviously no torque converter in place quite yet...

Futher fitting...

The powertrain is being permanently installed tomorrow, as the torque converter is arriving in the morning. Everything's rolling along perfectly.

... Damn.. Well, too late now, I'd edit it out but for sure God's already seen that statement and the plan to foil this project has already been implemented. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

Very cool build, must be fun to disassemble a brand new car Can't wait to see the final product.

One question for you guys... Can you remove the engine and trans from the bottom in one big piece like F body ?

FYI to everyone. The RHS block is girthy. The stock motor mounts and A/C bracket had to be trimmed to fit on the block. Also the factory oil cooler, colant line feed is not a direct bolt on, as th eRHS block uses -12 oring coolant galley plugs, unlike the GM blocks that use metric plugs. Some fittings and hose will take care of it though.

Probably could. Though would be a bigger hassle though. On the fourth gens and vettes, I bring em out the bottom.

Stock M-6 Crossmember in factory location, and plate to attach the crossmember to the trans mount will be fabbed tomorrow. The 4L80e mounts about 4 inches back then the 6060.

$139,000. That includes the brand new Camaro SS-II, in either 4L80E or T56 options. The cool thing is, if you want more power, it's as simple as bolting on larger turbochargers with race gas, and shooting for the moon. All supporting modifications are in place to handle 2,000hp.

Full interior, air conditioning, power steering, all OEM options functional and all creature comforts in tact. It's an awesome thing.

$139,000 is chump change when you have $60million.

Nice build, which PI heads? ls7? and I have to ask, what did the intake cost?
