Looked like it was on rails you guys must have one of them lincoln lockers in there.

I've done the same thing - except mine came off when I launched the car. Scary - nah. I've learned the same thing, pull and shake the damn steering wheel. Make sure you feel that last click.

I guess they're called a quick disconnect because they can come off and go back on really quick. You got lucky on that one. Hopefully, people watching this realize they need to check their wheel too.
