Default K-member Question for Incon Owners

I'm trying to decide which k-member to get. I know PA has one modded for the Incon kit, but I already have a bunch of BMR stuff and I kinda want to go with the BMR K-member. Do any of you guys have a BMR K-member and Incon kit? How does it fit? Would the modded PA K-member fit better?
Thanks, Ed

I don't like the PA build quality (welds, fitment, etc) but it does work. I have no issues with clearance with the Incon kit. I would just call BMR and see if anyone is using a Incon kit. Only the passenger side needs to be modified.

Was it the motor mount that was modified? I remember reading about this a long time ago, but I can't remember what was changed.

Mild steel is $300 and the Chromeoly is $425 til the end of the week. It add tunes of room and should have no problems clearing your turbo.

"I don't like the PA build quality (welds, fitment, etc) but it does work. I have no issues with clearance with the Incon kit." I am sorry you had issues but it is now a completely different company and the quality is spot on.

Thanks Nate

I have one of their new strut tower braces, excellent weld, excellent quality. I will be buying the K-member and A-arms. Hopefully I will make that special...

You only need to modify the passenger side lower control mount on the PA (original, if they have changed ownership they may have modified something else). Instead of a 90 degree angle I had them notch it at 45 degrees. My outlet hose still rubs at that location, but not bad enough to worry about.

Glad to here that PA is a new company.

The design of the BMR was changed to accomodate this. Check it out, you can see the 45 degree section on the K-member in this pic. I think it was done about a year ago, so make sure if you get one it is new stock.

BMR K-Member installed
