I went with twin 38s on my 88 and they work just fine. I can go down as far as 5lbs.

Well the higher the boost(up to a point) the smaller the wastegate needs to be. If you want to run really low boost on a big turbo then you need a bigger wastegate to bypass the exhaust gas going to the turbo. If you were looking to run 5lbs on say my turbo(88mm) then youd need at least a 60 or twin 38s like I have. Z28cobrakiller ran a single 44 on his setup and, if I remember correctly, said he couldnt get boost under 11lbs..

I use a single 50 and i can get it down to the mid 3s on the spring referenced to the bottom port. I see no point to use twins unless you jsut had them already or got a smoking deal on them. go with the 60. hell a 50 will work fine in your case. plus packaging for twins will be much more difficult that a slightly larger single
