just curious since we are talking records and all.

btw the claim is 9.67 @ 142mph so you dont have to wait for it to load.

i guess harlan's still got it edged by a mph for 'fastest'

car just got sold i hear on the .com wonder how soon before the new owner makes some passes.

I never got a straight answer from folks if that 9.67 number is real and whether that was also with nitrous, it's a number I saw posted about two years ago.

Car is nicely done, will need big octane without an intercooler like that.

the photos show nitrous.. prolly why no intercooler.. does that matter?

I'm just curious at what it ran just on blower vs with nitrous.

I've seen the car on Ebay twice, and I've used the picture to help me visualize my window net... Also the car has a nice stance... All in all a nice car.

I thought the 9.67 was sans nitrous...on the big blower. they previously went 9's with a smaller headunit and nitrous.

Thats the car from the Horsepower Store . They recently have gone out of business. I guess a fast shop car doesnt always mean good business.

LPE has a 8.9 second 427 with a 150 shot (no turbo or blower though), guy lives in texas. Its on their website.

Yea that was with the P1 and M6 in it. But they change it to what it is now.

That is a 427 C5R block and heads with twins and 15lbs of boost with a 150shot bro. He lives in Arlington. He did that with a 4L60E also.

The horsepower store car ran that time with a F1 and the bottle. He had the bottle set up for a 75 hit though just to cool things down because of the lack of a intercooler. The car has real potential for sure especially with an intercooler. The piant on the car is pretty tricked out. Skulls hidden and transparent in the flags.

in november 2002 there is an article HPP of that car running a best of 10.60 @102.38
346 stock shortblock, stg 2 heads, 8psi from the ati with a 100 shot
