So just a little update. The car has been tuned and the fuel rails are now in parallel. I still have the very slight stumble right when it starts to build boost.
Another thing is that my car feels way under powered. To me it feels not anymore quicker than when I was heads/cam. I could break the tires loose so easy with it before now it just seems weak.
Is it my 4:11s and t56 not allowing me to stay in boost long enough to feel it or what?
At the moment I feel disappointed and looking for suggestions. Im new to the turbo game. Is this just how it is?

Boy do I!?!?!?!?!
Engine is toast. I thought I had fixed my previous oil issue but it seems I havent.
Spun #2 rod and cooked every bearing in the block. Will need a new crank, the cylinders all got scored up pretty badly to the point that I will need to re-hone the block. Thats going to mean new pistons.
So I am scrapping that and going either twins and a 408 or keep my kit and go 370. either way its getting an iron block.
As for my car falling on its face. I pulled the head and #3 was completely clean. Like that cylinder was hitting at all. I guess that will be my lean issues and my very slow coolant loss. So back to square one as far as the engine goes.
Sorry for not updating. Ive been busy working this **** out.

Man hate to hear about the loss. I just blew up my 498 on E85 a couple weeks ago and am now doing a twin 5.3. Just FYI up here where I live there is a pretty nice track. It is an outlaw track so no tech inspection or anything. It is Sikeston, Mo. It is only 2 hrs from most parts of St. Louis. I have gotten 1.30 60fts on this track so prep is pretty decent but only if you come on a race night.
Keep us posted on the new build.

Getting back to business. Got the motor back from the machine shop a few days before xmas. New bearings and other stuff to get it back up and running. I am redoing the brake lines because I rushed them to get it done and just wanted to drive it. Since its all torn back apart I am going to be redoing some things.
New welder I get to work with.
Been busy at the shop on other customer builds that I don't get much time for my stuff.
06 2500HD 408ci with a F1. Put down 760 with stock gears through a 4L80E.

I didn't like my chitty IC mount that I had before so I redid it and redid my radiator supports.
Process of redoing the brakes. I know some of you are asking why not delete abs? Simple. Because street car.
With the SW down and forward headers, you dont get much room for anything in front. The way I had my lines before, I know I was cooking some brake fluid. I also went ahead and went away with the quick connect on top of my motor and will run a new AN line down behind it. It looks cleaner in my mind.

Have had little time to work on it lately due to some other builds around the shop.
Plumbed the waste gate to the down pipe and getting all that out for ceramic coating.
Mocked up plug wires. I kept burning wires with the way these stainless works headers are designed. So I modified ls7 brackets that locate my coils up higher on the valve cover to work.
