No, I am talking how it physically fits (a smaller, thinner intercooler) on a LT1 camaro front clip. That is totally different than a LS1 formula front end. I am saying on a LT1 camaro front clip the #CS-000AE-2 will barely/just fit, so I doubt a much larger unit will fit very well at all. If someone (INTMD8?) want's to check it then that would answer the question, but I would like to see pics of how it fit (and radiator airflow considerations).

So in summary I am not going by your pictures at all - since I was talking about a LT1 camaro and not a LS1 formula. If it fits than that is a killer price on the GP, but I am dubious as to how well it will do so.

I am hopeing to gather all flow data on all these units next week. I will post them ASAP. These units are what we have designed some are not intended for extreame hp. We can do the same design with these with thick or thinner cores. Its all up to you. I would like to remind everyone that we build everything in house and custom make everything. We never piece together units to acheive proper dimensions.

is it feasible to make one small enough to fit in front of the ac condensor but still flow well enough to support 600-700 hp?

while the big *** cooler is very nice, it still bothers me to remove the front bumper on a daily driven car.

the one on Robs turbo kit appears to be doing the trick but I wonder how much of that is the turbo just being able to force enough air thru it.

We have a 2.75 wide tube we could use I amassuming that the thickness is where the issue lies. If you think you can make the core face somewhere between PSJ's size and the one that Tom is going to use on their shop car it shouldnt be a problem.

hmmm so if I come up with the measurements would that be a one off price or could it be another choice in the GP? safe to assume since it will be smaller it would be similarly priced or even lower priced than the PSJ style?

if so I will have to break out the ol tape measure.

oh and thickness isn't a problem. it would just have to be less tall and less wide.

thanks.

Jammer, a bigger intercooler will probably benefit you, but you will have to remove your bumper support to run either PSJ's or mine.

11 in!

Minimum is met!

We will be closing this out tomorrow. Griffin is at 3 weeks right now. The initial 4 orders were already placed, so we are 1 week into those already.

This ends tomorrow!

All orders are processed and submitted with Griffin. They are telling me about 3 weeks build time. Some of the earlier orders were submitted last week, so they should be a few days ahead.

THanks guys, and if anyone else would like good pricing on these intercoolers, or any Griffin products, please let us know!
