I have a video of Kevin Gluski running 8.84 in his white TT '98 Formula so I know it went at least that fast. I don't know the mph because the video was taken from the big end and it cuts out before the announcer says. And according to THIS post, the new car ran a 7.71 @ 188.
Also, #40 Matt Harlan is from Michigan if that matters.

I believe Kevin Gluski's best is that 8.84. Sometime after that he took off the turbo and was planning an NA setup.
I'll check on Tom Kempf's car and that 7.71@188.
Harlan I think resides in OH, I just started adding states in case folks have chances to network or use someone's services.
I have a few updates to make, I'll see what else trickles in from weekend racing.
