New PTE 71HPS HP turbo, how tight should the shaft be?? New forged 370 and this turbo, PTE 71HPS HP billet wheel non-ball bearing, the wheel is a little stiff to turn, it does not spin at idle, comes into boost ok. My other turbos were never this tight but I had issues with the last ones, maybe this one is right?? Is this just a break-in thing??

Found out through another shop we deal with, they had the same thing on a couple PTE turbos, guess sometimes they use something on the bearing that cause it and over a short period of time it comes off, after only a 1 mile drive the turbo felt almost normal, looks like all is good
