Single turbo or twin with small shot of spray
Getting money together for my Trans Am to spread some wings and fly. Whether I get a single turbo or twin I already plan to put in a minor camshaft as well. Now I read that using a small shot of spray off the line creates extra exhaust gases and helps spool the turbo up faster + cools the air somehow. Is there anybody with experience on a build like this? I can see how it would be benificial to a race. Spray off the line to make up for lack of power from boost lag, then shut off the spray when the turbo's kick in. I'm wanting to have it tuned for like 600 horses on 8 pounds to drive around and to turn it up for 800 horses only when racing something faster. Anybody have some ideas on which would be better for the spray spool up between single and twins? Can an LS1 with forged internals handle that? Any extra parts I'll need for this build?

Search is your friend.
Nitrous also burns hot, it will not help cool anything. Generally speaking, 5.7l of displacement doesn't create much lag, spraying nitrous to spool a turbo is 3L stupid big single turbo Supra talk, it's not needed.
I suggest you search, read, search, read.
