yes the car is still for sale for 50 or 55 i believe, no plans.. and am just as fine if it doesnt sell.. its just out there in case somebody wants it bad.

yea shes good on the street, I was just talking to Derek at FSC and we figure the only thing different these days is it gets better mileage with the taller rear tires.

the track had more to do with the launch than me, but 295/55 mt dr's at 17#, 2 step at 4200, e-boost at 85%, trz anti-roll and bmr extreme tq arm with qa1 single adjustable shocks set pretty darn tight all around

lol w/ kurt yes "no disassemble noo disassemble!"

the turbo is a 91mm t4 though forced inductions

i will not be changing the intake to an aluminum.. only possibility would be if i went to a square head at some time i'd go with a oem ls7 intake
the humpy plastic intake is unmistakably 'LS' and i dont want my engine bay lookin like no race car!

thinking i should dyno it this weekend while it still has the good fuel in it for fun.. i mean.. more data!
Awesome video! I surprised you still have single adjustable shocks on the front end, does your front end ever unload on you on a lesser prepped track?
What rear end are you using with that BMR torque arm? Bob

Im on summit 'black' fuel rails made by scorpion
96# injectors, stock crank, Ls2 block superdeck1 from ERL 364ci
I shift at 6500 (well I just put it in D and let bs3 shift it) didn't look what it trapped at.. definitely under 6800 rev limit.
I don't wanna know what a carb intake would do.. not changing so its best I don't know!
the front shocks stay set real tight cuz the front is heavy and low to the street.. never really adjust it
the rear is a midwest 9" and Eric made me an adapter to the bmr arm so it looks kind of like a moser arm with the links above/below the housing instead of the cast iron adapter bracket

So is your ls6 intake completely "stock" or did you port it at all? Are you still on a stock ported t body or do you have a larger one? Great pass, car is getting quicker!

Me and a friend were talking about David running that LS6 intake, my friend (also has an 8 sec 275 radial car) has a theory that heads or an intake that flow too much can make the turbo inefficient. He was telling me about someone from Ar. with under 350ci running a T4 88 & AFR 185's that goes 5.20's in the 1/8th (LOW 8's in the 1/4). Just goes to show that the biggest aint always the best.....IMO

That is really impressive, David! It would be interesting to see what your car would do with double adjustable shocks set to approx 90/10. Bob

Yes, it can be detrimental if it pushes you over the choke line. That's why turbo restricted motors are generally smaller than normal for that size turbo.
