ATI now has their 8 rib LS1 superchargers ready to go so we are moving them out! This is being offered as an upgrade to their standard 6 rib system so it can be ordered either way. The only thing that they aren't including with the kit is the harmonic balancer but we are taking care of that to make this a complete kit for you! You'll still need injectors (42#), a fuel pump and programming. Those options are also available.

Alot of current ATI owners have been asking about a conversion for their current 6 rib systems. I spoke with ATI this morning and confirmed that they won't be offering this kit seperate. We can supply you with an ATI harmonic balancer is you need one to piece a kit together.
is your balancer compatible with the vortech setup?
I don't know if the 2 are similar or not. But i need a vortech (V9 G) balancer, and am not willing to pay the $600 that vortech wants for the part

I don't understand why ATI will not offer an upgrade for the guys with the 6 rib systems, it would just be more money in their pocket. Maybe ATI knows that their 8 rib is not worth the cost to upgrade.
How much different is the 8 rib system?
I know there is the ATI harmonic balancer but what else is actually upgraded?
Do they have an upgraded tensioner, maybe spring?
What about the bracket, is the bracket the same?
You said that you can supply us with the ATI harmonic balancer, what else would we need to convert to a reliable 8 rib system and how much?

But, it's not because ATI is being azzholes about it.
I have this kit now (it arrived yesterday). The crank pulley is designed to fit flush with the ATI Performance Products Superdamper, which is designed to be pinned to the crankshaft. It can't just replace the ATI 6-rib pulley, which has an inner piece that is conical in shape, to fit snug against the conically-shaped stock harmonic damper.
I already had the Superdamper and LS1 Pin Kit, so got the remainder from ATI to complet the kit when they finished it.
If Tbyrne or anyone else has the complete package, that has got to be the best deal if you are ready to wrap up that portion of your high-boost ATI Procharger package.
