Default Technical Whipple question -MAF

I am going to make my setup into a "blow through MAF" setup instead of the draw through MAF seup like it is right now (stock). Would this affect anything as far as the blower injesting a ton of air all the time? It would still be blowing most of it off until 70% tps was realized (the valve closes to keep all of the boost above 70%tps). I would vent all of the blown off air to atmosphere, instead of the back of the blower casing like it does currently.
I have tuned things pretty well for the size intercooler I am running, but I believe there would be around 10-15hp found and no more hunting for idle on cold startup because of the pressure difference the MAF calculates and the engine actually sees post intercooler.
I have become an LS1edit airflow calculating king with this project, but I think the real solution is to move the MAF. What are your thoughts

As long as the meter air (anything downstream) of the maf is not vent to atmosphere, no issues. You should not have to tweak anything on the maf table or even the injectors tables.

What about issues with the pcv system? Would I just take it off of the throttle body and fitting and hook it up to another engine vacuum source?

I am not to familiar with the truck setup. But the easiest way is to tie the two valve covers together. Then run the pcv with a check valve in front to the intank manifold. Put a breather on one of the valve covers.
